Fuel rail setup looks good, how come you didnt eliminate the bridge on the driver side of the rail? that way fuel is forced to travel through the entire rail before it exist.

I would eliminate that bridge in the fuel rails. What aftermarket fpr are you using?

i know this is long over due but i've been very busy the past year with work school and working on cars on the side. but i started working on the car again. when i had the dek in the car i was running a reverse feed turbo setup. now with the 3.5 i've decided to redo all the turbo piping and do a forward feed turbo setup.

this is as far as i got so far on the piping with the motor out of the car. i'll finish the rest when the motor and tranny are inside the car. right now im working on removing the old 5 speed mount of off the drivers side frame rail so i can weld on the new 6 speed mount. also i do plan on reinforcing the front motor mount i just havent done it yet

Try running it over the transmission, towards the firewall. It's easier on the 6 speed because of the location of the starter like you said. That is how Speed Force Racing runs the downpipe on their 5.5 gen turbo kit.

I was worried about that as well. I have a modifed PFI kit on my 5.5 gen and have been considering changing up how the downpipe is run under the trans. If you want, take a look at rrodrigues77 for sale thread with his turbo 5.5 gen and see how he has everything run. It is a very clean setup.

I was just installing my old setup on a 5.5gen and there is room to run a dp over the tranny. Not sure about 3inch but 2.5 no problem also my old feed and dp fit on a 5.5gen even with the starter. It's a tight fit and maybe only like a 1/4inch clearance between the starter soleniod and feedpipe but it fits and was able to retain the oem fans.

If your worried about ground clearance make a custom mount motor and run the dp back across the cross member and under the oil pan. I made one for my new setup and can email or text you some pics if you want

I wanted to run my downpipe over the top of the trans as well, but It seemed like it was going to have to be too close to a lot of stuff...

that front header seems to join at a 90 deg angle, id try to angle it a little more for better flow. m going to assume this is a built 3.5 since you are replacing a very boost friendly 3.0 for it???

its a stock 3.5 i got rid of the 3.0 and the 5speed bcuz i kept fuking up 3rd gear and the 5 speeds are hella hard to fine and mad money so i got a good deal on a 3.5 with a 6 speed.
