fuel for boosted max

im in the process of building a turbo 4th gen and have just about everything sorted out except for fuel delivery. id really like to avoid buying injectors at this point because of time and money. would it be possible to use a jwt ecu set for stock injectors and just do wat most supercharged guys do and run an fpr and fmu? ive done alot of reading but nothing gives me an exact answer haha. everything ive read leads to that but i figured id ask the best for a yes/no answer.

any input would be great, thanx.

Buy an FPR and a walbro pump.

Ideally, just save up for injectors. You will not get much out of the stock 260cc's

I was running DEK injectors(at 50psi = 315cc) for a lil bit and they would start leaning out around 5-7psi.

im trying to finish the car before maxus, the manifolds built and turbo back is being built as we speak. if the moneys there id like to buy 370cc. in which case my jwt would have to get sent back. id love an emanage just am new to tuning. anyone know of a good shop in the new england area? i plan on running low boost daily and only to turn in up on track days.

walbro,an fmu,and a afpr would work reasonably well for now, low psi of course....

but 370cc will pop up for cheap soon

I would suggest getting a 370cc injector 100octane tune from jwt to start till you get some injectors just run stock injectors with a walbro and afpr at 50psi wot at no more than 3psi on the stock ecu. I would not bother with a fmu since you will not need it once you get the injectors and ecu and would not waste my money or time sending ecu to jwt twice

I am currently running stock 3.5 injectors with a walbro 255, afpr, stock ecu and vafc2 tuned for 5psi. I already have a jwt ecu tuned for a z32 maf, 550cc injectors and 100octane gas but will not install it till I get the injectors

Why is everyone pointing to the AFPR with stock injectors?? My set up for a while was the stock DEK injectors (same as 3.5L), Walbro pump, stock FPR and an FMU plus VAFC with +50% all the way to the top. Put down 332fwhp but super lean up top kinda dangerous. but to answer your question, low boost plus Walbro and FMU will get you going.

LOL just read t67's post yes you will not need the FMU once you get the injectors.
