Nothing wrong with ebay couplers as long as they are silicone and at LEAST have one layer on them, I have never had any issues with couplers, even at 20psi. Actually to be honest, half of my couplers were radiator hoses lol, has worked for 3 years though lol. The rest, silicone with at least 1 layer, cheap ebay ones.

yes, a video would be nice. Make sure your blow-off valve is opening. the pressure might be spiking when you close the throttle body and popping the couplers. I had to tighten the hell out of all my T-bolt clamps because the couplers would pop off when I would shift gears. I never did have one rip even at 16psi though.

The guy that fabricated my setup got a long piece of 3 ply and just cut them to fit, the only piece that has a "degree" of bend is coming off the turbo going to the intercooler piping. All the other bends are welded.

Word, I've used those in the aluminum pans before but was nervous doing it in the thin steel. Just drilled & tapped correct? I was originally planning to see if a radiator shop could somehow braze it.

Well its 1:46am and i just got back from test driving the car.....I installed the Injectors LIM and UIM at 12:00am and drove around Open Downpipe, iam the type of neighbor you would hate lol

Well iam trying to figure out what psi to set my fpr at it was leaning out at 20,30 then i raised it to 40 and it was running super rich and it would start to break up while going into boost. So in the morning (or daylight i should say) iam going to lower the psi to 35 at WOT and see hoe she acts but boost is very addicting lol

Yea thats how i was setting it.

Well i Set the fpr to 35psi, and lowered the corrections on the afc to -20 and under boost iam seeing 11.0-11.6 under boost!!!

But Since iam on local roads iam yet to go WOT and i cant tell how much Psi the wastegate is at, i did a little pull and i seen it go up to 10psi but its hard to get aa real reading because i loose traction as soon as the turbo goes over 4psi and it tq steers to the right. So tonight Iam gonna do some street tuning on the h.way when theres really no one on the road to get in my way

Well i went for another ride (i cant help it) and i did a 3rd Gear pull and i seen 10lbs and it spiked up to 15lbs and came back down to 10lbs, so iam going to install my Boost controller to keep it around 10-11lbs.

It would be wise to look into some timing control if you plan to be consistently in double digits especially with the afc bumping up the timing (-20 correction). I had an 8lb spring that spiked to 13 so I got rid of that and got a 5lb spring and use a boost controller with it to keep my boost around 8-10lbs. I used to think a 10lb spring would keep me no more than 10 but it cracks at 7lbs. Other than that boost doesn't continue up as fast but it can still continue up.

Yea me and a local member was actually talking about this so i lowered the fpr to 30psi @WOT so i can add fuel instead of pulling fuel
