Z32 MAF Swap writing question.....

Z32 MAF Swap writing question.....

I picked up my 300ZX MAF from a location wreckers... but it didn't come with the male end..... do i need the connector or can i do a mod of stock Maxima MAF male end connector....??????

buy a pigtail from ebay... the 4th gen maf cant be made to work because the 300zx maf beinga 5 pin and the 4th gen being a 4 pin..

The N62 Maf is used in a few cars. As long as its an n62 you should be fine.

the vg mafs i know for sure. they use the same plug.

Thanks ObsidianIce69! i listen to your advice and info..... i went to my local auto wreckers today...... I found a older 300ZX (1988) and i grab the male plug from the MAF..... then on my way out i found a Maxima (1990) which i also grabbed....

but i have one problem the wiring and plugs are a little different..... which one should i use.....

the has a empty port on the far left...

Use the Z32 one, and if you search I believe Stephen Max has a thread showing how to wire it to the A32 harness.
I dont really recall from memory how its wired up.
