Surging? Z32, JWT ECU supercharged Max

Hey all,

I have a 98 Max, 5spd that is surging. I had one of my friend install the following: new Plugs gapped .36, 370 injectors, Z32 Maf and JWT ECU. My A/F gauge reads stoic and it idles perfectly.

I currently have check engine light that just popped up and the OBD II Read, Fuel Pump Control Unit???? Never heard of this code before...

In any gear, it feels like the car loses power around 3k-4k and then pulls like a ****. If I am under boost around 4k, sometimes, it surges.

I am not sure what is going on..... Spark Blow? Bad Coils?

Any help is appreciated!


Here is the current set up:

V1 with Stillen
V1 plate
2.5" piping was pieced together after removing FMIC
3.125 pulley
Vortech FMU
1 step colder NGK Plugs gapped .36
370 Injectors
Z32 MAF
JWT ECU: 7k Rev, Z32 Maf, 370 Injectors

wat kind of BOV are you running, if any?

as for the code, is the car auto to MT swapped?
