Discharge is 2.75"

Your second question is vague since size of injectors is based on how much boost one is running....and everyone's setup is different. Instead, you should tell us how what boost level you're at/what pulley size you have installed on your SC. Then we can recommend what size injectors you need.

im going to be running the 2.87 pulley and looking for maybe 350ish or more.looking for a emanage ulitimate to tune with.also will be running a walbro 255hp pump.iv also got the stuff to do a cold air intake with a large k&n since the pancake filter wont flow enough.any other suggestions would be great.also ordered a clutch that would hold like 443 ft lbs.

440cc injectors should be more than enough for your goals. Consider going with DeatschWerks injectors, as they're reliable and flow within like 1% of each other. Also, what's cool is they provide a flowchart graph with purchase.

To tune, I hope you have a good wideband gauge. You'll also need the optional A/F harness to tie into the EU.

At that power level, you may want to consider adding an intercooler in the near future. But first, get everything up and running, and tuned. Then start adding more goodies.

As I said previously, consider going with DeatschWerks injectors. Also, keep your eye out in the FI classifieds for good deals.

Most of us use one step colder, also an air to water would be pretty nice.

got the car fired up with the blower tonight every thing sounds good but it don't seem to be building boost according to my gauge it makes 20 ins of vacuum but no boost no matter what rpm you have it at. could the bov be stuck open.it has the blitz valve and the car has been sitting for while. i just got the blower back from vortech for a rebuild

does the gauge move at all? atleast to 0? if not, maybe try a different vacuum source. i recently moved my source to a different port on my 00vi and oddly i didnt get a reading from it. so i moved it back.

if the bov is stuck open youll definitely hear it. i use the Blitz DD and have no issues with it. i did, however, have to find a different spring because originally it wouldnt vent at idle.

Can you share some details or pics of your vacuum lines. I was looking at the stillen directions but Id like to do a cleaner install plus use a vacuum block.

im pulling vacuum from where the factory regulator is and then i put a t for the bov an then it goes to new aftermarket regulator thats where i got the gauge t at.holding your hand at the bov when you rev it air air comes out the big hole in the valve but air is also coming out of the slite under the main hole in the bov

At idle you won't make any boost. You will reach a max of "0". Air should only be coming out of the main hole in the BOV, that's the only place.

thats what i thought at idle air is coming out the small slite under the main hole in the bov. i know it wont make any boost at idle but when you rev it up it still dont build boost. so does this mean that the bov is bad or what.

What spring do you have? I have the same bov [blitz dd] and mine didn't open at idle. I took it apart and oiled it with M1. Worked better but still didn't stay open at idle until I revved it to force it open. V1 w/ 2.87"

Any boost leaks? You can make a leak tester. Is the bov leaking boost? Could your boost gauge be the problem? Where is it hooked up?

is there anyone with a boosted max running a twin disc setup.i was looking at the twin disc setup that competition clutch offers. whats your opinion on this. i want a clutch that will handle anything i throw at it i currently have a pos ram clutch with about 2000 miles on it and already having problems . its chatters real bad under power and for some reason it also holds the pedal down when you shift from 1st to 2nd under a hard pull and if your sitting at a red light with the clutch pressed in and rev it pretty good it sucks the pedal the rest of the way down.
