ACT, they wont break your wallet, and order from him:

Also depending if you get a sprung or unsprung clutch will determine how forgiving the clutch is. I have a 6 puck sprung, honestly its a pretty easy clutch to use.

Clutches are rated by torque capacity, not HP

This is the clutch I went with after yanking out the Clutchnet.
After reading this,...

I went with the Heavy Duty Pressure Plate and Heavy Duty Sprung 6-Puck Clutch.
This setup had been great and Im really liking it. Ive had no chatter with it like many claim.

i just have a HD pressure plate. 463lb ft holding capacity should be plenty for my power goals.

I'M running a Center Force Dual Friction clutch, its pretty good as of right now still breaking it in, but we'll see how that goes in a few hundred miles or so when I start putting the pedal to the metal LOL

P.S. sucks to see your achilles heel like that, I sprung mine playing basketball it wasnt as bad as yours but I couldn't apply pressure on it for weeks get well soon man.
