Dek swap on boost no start

Hey guys dont know if this should be in the all motor section or the turbo section. However I recently blew my DE motor from my fuel pressure jumping up to 100psi (dont ask). Did a compression test all cylinders but one were at 80 or below.

Purchased a 90k DEK with no egr and decided to put it along with some new pieces. Did some painting and thought I would be ready to roll.

COSMO RACING PULLEY
SHORTY HEADERS
SMALLER TURBO ( T70 to now T04B)
GTR Injectors (570cc)
NEW Fuel Pressure Regulator Ebay
NEW CLUTCH (XTD STAGE 4)
Flywheel
Blocked & Gutted OOVI

I am not running EVAP, EGR, IACV, CATS, or anything else having to do with emissions

My assumption would be the car would just start up however it has not.
Im getting fuel now after changing to a different fuel pump but no spark.

We checked and replaced all three ignition sensor (Crank PS, Cam Ps, And CKPS, )

We added a grounding kit, put in a new battery, tried a different ECU, still we are getting fuel but no crank. Yes the harness grounds, injectors are grounded as well.

Did a compression test on the new motor and the readings were 150, 149, 140, 150, 148.

Motor can be spun by hand.

Pulled codes got everything that was expected except for a (knock sensor code?)

What else could it be?

Check the flywheel timing ring sometimes the aftermarket flywheel timing rings are not lined up with the crank pos sensor

And those compression numbers aren't good its almost at the minimum compression number standard of 142 psi a not so bad motor would be 180 psi but I wouldn't boost anything under 175 psi in my opinion

Changed back to stock pulley still no start. In terms of my compression i'm saying it's good because the car is cold motor hasnt been ran in a year probably. So 150 cold translates to 180 or above hot no?

What flywheel do you have? And yes the compression numbers go up higher from cold but I've compression tested low mileage vq motors at a junk yard cold and have gotten 245 psi in a cylinder and I know that motor sat for a while so I don't know how much more the compression will go up

Stock flywheel, whats optimal compression anyway?

Are you pulling any fuel on initial start up ? How do your plugs look ? Oil? Is it dumping fuel ?
