0 piston compression

Good day my friends.
I got a 3.5 built with jwt cams and wiseco pistons and manly rods with king bearings.

2 weeks ago we finished building it and fired it up.
it was running great on idle with 900 rpm. Still didn't drive the car just to make sure everything is good.

but suddenly started misfiring. We checked the coil and it was working good.
then we did a compression test and we were shock when we found one piston has 0 compression and all the others have 169.
still not dismantled yet to see what is the problem.

but I'm afraid of what it could be
