Every time my wheels rotate...

It sounds like a damn helicopter. I just got BRAND NEW tires, alignment, and balancing...and it still makes that noise. Could it be my rotors? Those are very new too...about 2 months old.

If there's no vibration, then it's just the noise of a high performance tire. If you think that's bad, try running a sport utility mud tire on the street. Those suckers are LOUD. It's one of the disadvantages of running high performance tires. Next time do some more research on http://www.tirerack.com/tires/surveyresults/index.jsp in their user survey since they specifically have a category called "road comfort"

What tires are you running? Or what is the exact sound sound like? Choppy like a helicopter? Grindy?
