Looking to put on new tires on 17" Maxima SE rims. Price is an issue, and I was looking at Kumho Ecsta KH11. Tire Rack gave great reviews. Anyone had run-ins with these? What is the expected tread life on these tires? And are there anymore places where I can get reviews/tires other than tirerack.com? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
Also, if anyone has any suggestions on all-season tires. I dont know yet whether to buy just summer tires or tires that will keep up in winter also. Ive looked on tire rack and cant find anything, besides the craptenzas92s. Thanks agian.

I bought the KH11's this spring. I would pretty much agree with the reviews. Can't really speak to tread life - I have 6-7K on mine and they seem to be wearing OK. If you get any snow at all I would suggest popping for the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S's. I know they're pricey, but unless you're going to run two sets of tires and wheels I wouldn't trust the KH11's in the snow at all. Good Luck!

What about Yokohama Avid H4? My friend is running the 16 size on his rims (civic) and they handle pretty well, but theyre new. Are they a good all around tire? I see they dont make them in our size, but would the 235/45/HR17 Avid H4 work on Maxima 17" SE rims? Anyone tried that? Thanks for the input.
