Will these 18"x7.5" +42 fit my 5-th gen?

Hey. this is my first post. I did some searching on this issue, but couldn't get the answers I needed. Sorry for this thread if somebody already posted on this topis.
Here's my question:
I found these wheels on ebay (link included below), they're 18"x7.5" +42 offset. I know that the offset for 5-th gen Maxima is 35-38, but sine these are only 7.5" wide, do you think they will allright with 245X40's? Or maybe even with 245X45's??
Please, tell me what you think, especially if you have any experience with this kind of tires.
Thanks!!!

c'mon, people, somebody should now
generally i'm looking at few wheels that are 18x7.5 and +42 offset. so will they fit??? tires i'm planning to use are 235x40. They had few pictures of 4-th gen maxima w/ exactly the same rims. Anyone ever had +42 offset on their 5-th gen max??????
Thanks!

Use this link on TireRack, and put in the size tires you want to look at, then click on the specs for the particular tire. The chart than comes up will list all tires of that brand and model, and acceptable rim width ranges

Yes, 18x7.5, +42 will fit your car. But I personally would go with 8" or 8.5" wide wheels with moving up to 18's.

The offset is +40. Even with the 245's and the car lowered, no rubbing issues, even with passengers and luggage.
