Chroming Stock Wheels

I was wondering if anyone has chromed their stock 17" wheels? I can't afford new wheels, so this has to be the next best thing? How does the chroming hold up? Thoughts about the look?

Can you get a set of used titanium 03s? They are polished and I love mine.

i have some chromed out dubs minus fours on mine. They are the five spoke and actually look pretty nice. I bought the car with them already chromed though. BTW, try postign this in the wheel and tires section if you already haven't done so.

Sometimes it is better to buy new Chrome wheels because it is not cheap to chrome them afterward. I spoke to 2 shops and they want to charge me close to $250 each wheel.

I forget the exact details...I'm sure someone on the ORG will remember or if not you can try searching because the thread was a few months back...but there was a company in California that was offering a set of chromed stock 17s in exchange for your regular stock 17s plus some cash.
