Winter tires

I have found some 195/60-15 winter tires(brand new with studs). Are these tire too small. I do not care about the change in the speedometer. I do not travel much during the winter. Is there any other problems assocated with using a smaller tire. I did check the website for tire size and it say it is off by a factor of 3.5%.

Any info would be great

make sure the load rating on the tires can handle your car.
