18" ICW rims 4 900$ good deal? will they fit?

I have a friend who will sell me 18" ICW racing rims for 900$ (6 months old)

Does this sound like a good price? and do you think they will fit a 95 max? this is the link (they are the ones right b4 the last pic)

http://www.racerwheel.com/wheels-rims-icw-racing.html

I would do the research myself but im not very knowledgable on this kinda car stuff... im just learning hehe

I was just wondering if anyone had anything good or bad to say about the rims and if the price was fair... and if they would fit in the car....

Do they come with rubber? What brand? Model? Condition?

The bolt pattern you need is 5 x 114.3
The offset should ideally be between +38mm -> +40mm

Take some time and the FAQ's, stickies at the top of the forums, etc. Most of the answers are right here on this site - you only need to SEARCH for them.

If your worried about fender well clearance- don't. With a 245/40/18 it should be pretty close to factory specs.

I think you misread the price if you are talking about those chrome thin 5 spoke racing wheels. It's $244 for 15" and $303 for 18" and that's over $1200. I don't think that's a good price for those wheels. Try here and for more options go here as well. Plus that last site has a lot of good info.

i didnt misread the price....im buying them from a friend i just gave you that site so you can see what they look like i gota B ghetto without the digital camera lol....

Im just wondering if i should tell him less than 900....since hes had em for 6 monthes thats a long time concidering he put 35 series tires on it.....under a 97 acura TL dropped like 2.5 inches lol.... he alread had to replace a rim cause he cracked it goin over a pot hole...

Im thinking around 780 - 800 (he is leaving the reg tires on em but i will replace them with 40 series...)

They look very "new" from the looks of them on his car...

$900 without good rubber (for your car) is too much $ for those wheels. You've got new wheel/tire packages available for around that price through a number of online retailers. Shop around.

It looks as if the widest is 7.5" and that wont go well with 245's or on the Maxima, you should get an 8" wide wheel, it fells out the fender wells better.

No problem w/ 8" wide wheel with the right size tire on there. Keep in mind, it's the dimensions of the tire you put on the wheel, not the wheel, that affects rubbing.
