I've got the same size but with +40 offset and Eibach's. You'll be OK in the back, but the front will be really tight on the strut side. If you like I can measure the clearance between the front wheel and the strut on my car tomorrow. Let me know.

Try to get 38mm offset in the fronts.

I thought the higher the offset the farther out the tire sits, and the lower the more its tucked under the fender, or is that backwards? My AE 17 that are comming off are 45 offset.

"It sticks out more if your offset is low."

Go figure.

offset is relative to the tire width

a 32mm offset on a 7 in rim is different than one on a 8.5 in rim

Yeah, offset is a measurement independant of wheel width, even though that does not tell you everything about fitment.

You'll have to do some number crunching, but if you're really close on the fitment keep these in mind: a) Some tires are a tad narrower than others in section width. b) Section width changes with the wheel width it's mounted on. Roughly +/- 0.2" for every 0.5" change. c) You can always try narrower tires.
