17" MM Evo 5

Does anyone have 17" MM Evo 5? It seems that everyone has 18" ones. If anyone does I would appreciate it if you could post some pic.

It would be nice if you could also post the width of wheels (do they make anything other 8" width? How about offset - 40mm?) and the size of the tires as well
