15 " Stock Alloy Wheel Tire Size?

Its time to replace our tires on the Maxima. Currently, the car has 205/65/15 on the rims.

In overall handling, would the car benefit in going to 215/60/15?

Thinking of getting the Falken ZE512's

not sure about benefit but ZE512's are good all season tires for its price.
