I can't speak for the H4S, but the H4 is a horrible tire. Bad enough to drop their whole line from my tire decision.

I had a set of the H4' on my car before my Nitto NT555's and Yokohama AVS ES100's, they replaced my Yokohama A520's. I wanted a longer lasting more comfortable tire, that I knew would not handle like the A520's, but I expected at least decent handling. The Yokohama H4 were horrible, they howled when pushed even a little hard, and had encredilbly soft sidewalls. I then just stuck with Z rated tires, unitl now. This time I went again with H rated and bought some Kumho ECSTA 711's. I am very surprised with how well these tires handle (my car feels pretty well planted on the ground), especially when compared to the H4's . They are not as quiet as the H4's but they are also not noisy, do not howl, and are less expensive. I was thinking about the H4S, but was not really sure about them, and I had heard nothing about them. If people give these new Yokohama's good reviews, I might get a set after my Kumho's wear out.
