Quality of Exel Wheels?
I have never really considered them before because I always thought of them as REALLY cheap knockoff's. But now they are starting to copy all the designs that I like so much and it has made me question just how bad are they.

They ARE cheap knock-offs. No doubt those wheels look okay, but I would never trust their quality. You get what you paid for.
