Steering wheel vibration

Got a set of new Continentals over the weekend and I am getting slight vibration in the steering wheel between 60-67 mph. Under 60 ok, over 77ok. I went back to the tire place and they rebalanced, but it still vibrates. Any suggestions? I'm gonna go there again in the morninig but I'm not sure if those idiots are going to get it right.... could it be just a bad tire?
