Wheel Recomendations Please!!

I didn't get much response in the tire and wheel forum, so I thought I would try here. I am looking at getting a wheel/tire combination in either a 17" or 18" and looking for suggestions. I would like to spend as little as possible yet still have a quality setup. So what looks good on a 00 Black SE??? Pictures are great!! Also what is a good spring/strut combo for maximum drop while retaining close to the stock ride for as little dough as possible. Wow I guess I wish they just gave this stuff away.

My wheels!! They are forged, three piece, 18x8.5. The bronze centercap would looks good on black or white cars.

With wheels/tires, you get what you pay for. So cheap wheels and tires means that there most likely heavier, and not good quality.

For suspension, for a mild drop look into tein H-tech and KYB GR-2's. For a lower drop, Tein S-tech and Tokico Illuminas.
