Buying new lug nuts / locking lugs

For the spring, I am replacing my wheel studs, and buying new lug nuts and locking lugs too. I have a few issues:

- I lost my current locking lug key (Gorilla brand). Anyone have any advice for me? Thankfully I hand-tightened them so I am hoping I can spin them off with an air gun somehow.

- The maxima wheel stud pitch is 12x1.25, right? I just want to make sure.

- I am looking at buying a wheel installation kit from Gorilla (inexpensive, looks really nice) Click *here* to see the stuff that summit racing sells. However, all of their wheel installation kits use SAE sizes (13/16", 3/4"). Does anyone know if they make metric kits too (my current Gorilla locking lugs are 19mm)?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

You what? Hand-tighten the lug nuts? I hope you never go beyond 60mph. I think when you bought your lug nuts, they give you serial number for the key so that when you lose it, you can order them for about $5-15?

Yeah, M12x1.25. We have the same size as Subaru's.

I recently bought some Gorilla lug nuts from ebay. They came with the key and 19mm wrench is needed to tighten them.

Uhhhh, I thought that you were supposed to hand tighten (use hand tools) lug nuts. Otherwise if you use an air wrench they generally get overtightened, which leads to frustration if you get a flat or snapped studs. Someone correct me if I am wrong. I tighten them, then drive on them for a little while, then tighten them again. I have never had a problem with them loosening, and I have driven 130+ MPH in my car.

As for the lug key, I lost that piece of paper (have moved 3 times since I bought it, got lost in the transitions). I called Gorilla and they said they can't send me a replacement without that card or one of the lugs. I am hoping I can use another gorilla lug on an air wrench to spin one lug off, otherwise it'll probably have to be drilled off. Alternatively, maybe my mechanic can weld a nut to it and spin it off that way. Not much clearance to work with though :/

you can take a 19mm socket and a big hammer and hammer it over the locking lug not, then just spin it off...it's will ruin it but it will get them off...be sure to use a POS socket though...
