Yo!!! what tire size should i buy for 19 in' wheels... i need to know what is the best size to protect the wheels from potwholes....is 245/35/19 good enough...cause i know that 245/40/18 are perfect for 18in wheels againts potwholes...holla

one more question...can you fit 265/35/18 on the rear of a max with 18x9.5????

 

245/40/19's would be decent for NYC roads....

 

I wouldn't get 35s.

 

245/40 is NOT perfect for potholes bro....245/45 would be better cushion in NYC

but likewise, as CCx said, 245/40/19 would be best but 19's are not safe in NYC at ANY rate

You might be able to get away w/ it rear but not front. I'm assuming you have lowering springs too.

i dont recommend 19's in nyc at all..18's are bad enough..

 

That's the main reason why I went w/ 18s. Too many potholes to dodge.
