Hubcentric Rings

I recently purchase some rims from Wheelmax and was told by the salesperson that the exel-bk7 would fit with no problem. Went to NTB and found out I needed hubcentric rings, which the salesperson did not inform. Is there someone out there that has used this hubcentric ring and if so, I need some imput. Thanks

my 17's came with them, but unless the cener bore of the wheel is really big you really don't need them. They are just a circular piece of plastic.

The mechanic called me over to show me the space, he said he could balance and do the necessary things. The rim rattle due to space at the center hub, I think. Seems to me even if the lug nuts were tighten , it would still rattle/vibrate . Just want to know if there are problems with these hub rings wearing out or breaking due to wear and tear. And most of all will they work or should I just send them back to Wheelmax. Thanks for your imput, I really appreciate it

I really don't know if they will work or not because I don't know how much bigger the center bore is. As far as the rings themselves, you don't have to worry about them wearing. They are not a moving part, they just make the wheel fit more snug. Mine were actually broken in a couple places from me removing them but the still worked fine. I know people who don't use them and it causes no problems.
