How can i get a better ride driving on potholes and sewer caps?

the thing is that it gets really uncomfortable when im driving on bumps and potholes on the roads, not big pot holes but those small ones that arent even that deep, and also the sewers caps are like everywhere and evertime i run over it the bump is so harsh and like the car shakes, and just gets annoying because thereall over the place. Then when i hit bigger potholes, the radio turns of for a second and i feel like all that shaking is going to mess up my car or something. Do you guys think its my tires? I have Kuhmo Ecsta 235/40/18 with 18" rims, i had the psi on 35 but today i put it on 32 and i still have the same ride quality.

35 is about what you should be running. I've also got Eibachs and 18s and yes it can get rough. The only way to make it softer is to switch to softer springs (H&R most likely) or get smaller rims so you can have more tire sidewall.

For a cheaper solution, cutting the bumpstops might help some if you notice your suspension bottoming out.

As a rule of thumb, I always do my best to avoid potholes and sewer caps in general....
