4th Gen, 19", 235/35/19, Offset?

Recently got a price quote for the Maxima default rims (MM Evo5).

Just wondering at which offset (or range of offsets) am I good with no rubbing possible? I've read that the 4th Gen right rear will rub first but I'd like to avoid all of that if possible.

Would it be advisable to use different offsets for the front and rear?

Will also be lowered..either Eibach Pro-Kit springs or Tein H-Tech springs with Tokico Illuminas.

Sorry forgot about that.
