This is my decision (I think) Help please

I found some nice 20" wheels. They are quite lightweight as well. I just need some help with a few things.
The fronts are 20x8.5 with 35 mm offset. The rears are 20x9.5 with the same 35 mm offset.
First of all is that offset too much? will 35mm up front stick outside the fender?
Secondly will the rears stick out too far? I can get my fenders rolled no problem if I have to.

As far as tires go, I will put 245 35 20 up front but I think 245 might be a bit narrow for 9.5" rears (9.5" = 237 mm so no significant difference between tire and rim). The other option I have is 255 35 20 for the rear. Would this be a better setup? I hope I don't start a big argument about bigger back wheels and tires here. It is purely for looks to go with the larger rear wheel/tire setup. Oh by the way I don't have ABS (or an airbag for that matter) so it should not be an issue.
We get wheels and tires at really good prices here so I am picking up the whole wheel/tire combo for $1400. Tires are Yokohama AVS spot directionals. Not a bad deal if you ask me.
Give me some input and I will post pics as soon as I buy them.

if I'm not mistaken, the Klassik only come in 19"

Centerline makes some forged chrome 20's. They're really for SUV's so I don't know if they make the right bolt pattern/offset, but it's worth looking into.

*edit* Looks like they have some wheels in 5 x 4 1/2, but I don't know what offsets would fit a 5th gen and all their measurements are in back spacing.

I just looked at the Klassik and it now comes in 20. I am not 100% sure of the offset because I looked at 112 mm bolt pattern the 114.3 might be different. Also the wheels I looked at are not silver they are darker.
