Tire size on 18x8

I just placed an order for a new set of 18x8 MM EVS with 245-40-18 Bridgestone RE750 and I was wondering if any one has tried putting this tire and wheel size on their 02-03 Max. Also, do I need any wheel spacers?. Do I need to woory about tire rubbing?.
Your comments are greatly appreciated.

FYI: I am currently using H&R and Tokico Blues and thinking about getting the illuminas.

There are tons of 2k2-2k3's running that wheel and tire size. You'll be fine, even with the drop.
