Wheels 19 x 7

Do you guys think 19x7's are to small? I can get one hell of a deal on these wheels. I just want to know if these would be to small, narrow, ect...

If you only want better looking wheels it's not a waste of money, but if you want any performance upgrade whatsoever you won't get it.
