Shift_VQ

I need to know asap if 20x9 with 35mm offset and 245/35/20 tires will rub. The wheels are on a 3.5 altima now and the owner says that in front the wheels are fine but in back they sometimes rub on big dips. I thought that if the wheels are fine on an altima in front than the max should be no problem and especially no prob on the back because of the 5th gen rear offset. I need to know now...please help.
