20x9 with 35mm offset rub??

I know it's the wrong forum but time is money so will these fit??? 20x9 with 35mm offset and 245/35/20 tires. The wheels are on a 3.5 altima now and the owner says that in front the wheels are fine but in back they sometimes rub on big dips. I thought that if the wheels are fine on an altima in front than the max should be no problem and especially no prob on the back because of the 5th gen rear offset. I need to know now...please help.

I think they will rub. 20X8.5 with that offset might even rub so I have to go out on a limb here and say they will rub due to the higher tire as well (245 35 20 correct?) I don't know the extent of the rubbing but I am pretty sure they will rub somewhere.
Sorry but if you putting down that kind of $$ you want to make sure. Try them on first if you can.
