245/45/18 on a 4th gen???

Will I have rubbing issues??? Will 245 clear in the front?

I bought 18's and they had those tires . . . .
I'm on stock suspension.

well....they don't look that bad in my opinion. . .
They fit without any rubbing & I must admit that the car doesn't pick up as fast as on my 16's but overall i'm happy...

Theres not much difference in acceleration from a 35 series tire to a 45 series tire. And instead of looking retarted it looks much better because it makes the tire look beefier and the ride is better because of the tire thickness. Also saves damage to the rim. So i dont know where u go off saying they must look rediculous because you've never seen em. 245/45/ for an 18" rim is the perfect tire as far as looks are concerned. Yes, it does throw the speedo off, but I can live with a small error.

Yes, the car is a bit higher off the ground but I still think that it looks better than on my stock 16's..
here's a comparison of how high it was on 16's and now on 18's..
ALSO NOTE: my 16's on this picture were 225/50/16 not 55's so it's still a bit lower than it would be stock.
I might consider dropping it a bit but that's down the road...
