Tire choice, which one?

Which of these two would you choose? I've narrowed down the tire choice for my spare wheels to either the Falken 512's or Yokohama AVS DB2's - in size 255/45/17. I want all season tires and have eliminated the Michelin Pilot A/S due to price, and way too narrow for their size-looks are a factor. Any areas where these two are vastly different? Thanks for the input.

It seems the Falkens have a very good reputation around here in the forum. I was just prematurely forced to order 4 of them, because one of my Crappenzas ended up with 4 big-azz nails. The tire place didn't have Crappenzas in stock and wanted $200 for a Goodyear tire... So, I decided to do the right thing... Get rid of all the Crappenzas and replace them with 4 Falken 512. I should be getting them sometime next week.
The price was not great ($110 each installed) but they loaned me a new tire while I wait for the Falkens.
