Have you looked for markings on the backside of the wheel, where it mounts to the hub? Sometimes you can find manufacturer stampings there. You'll have to pull the wheel off to check.

Did the car come with the wheels? If so, contact the original owner and ask.

I dunno, man ... but they look like something that Concept Neeper might make. It sucks that you're missing the center caps, bcz the logo would def be on it. But considering there's a zillion wheel manufacturers these days, it could have come from anyone. Regardless, I vote for Concept Neeper.

ET+3 is your offset. It probably says ET+35 or ET+38 but you could not see the second digit.
90% sure that the company is from Taiwan. There is a Taiwanese alloy company that makes like a huge portion of the worlds alloys. THey make wheels for Ace and Bazo and every other alloy you have never really heard of. THey also make rims for companies you have heard from like OZ. Despite being designed in Italy there are a few OZ wheels that are made in Taiwan.
As far as getting another one you are probably up the creek. They change their styles of wheels every year and I doubt if they keep any extra stock on hand. Your best bet would be to go online and search for ACE alloys. Then check the contact link and write them an email. I wrote to them about a month ago and they responded. I know your wheels are not Ace alloys but the factory there is huge and someone might recognise them and might be able to help you out. Or at least give you the name of that particular wheel.
Hope that helps a bit
