For me, it is not that I dislike big rims, it is just the totality of factors. 1, I like the look of the mesh rims, ad if you go BIGGER with the mesh rims, they lose the mesh look. 2, tires are cheaper for 15" rims. 3, the ride is MUCH better on 15" tires than it is on 16, 17, 18, etc. Lastly, these rims are light. For how I drive (and how mike drives) it makes sense to have light rims as opposed to big, show-y rims. Also, who steals 15" rims (side benefit)!?!?

Yhea, I am not into having big heavy wheels that cancel out the gains from my performace mods.

Very true, it is a headache. I mean, this past weekend, i was in orlando, and i was terrified that someone was gonna steal my rims...instead, they decided to steal my chrome valve stem covers, wtf? And yeah, the tires are way...way more expensive to repair and yeah, the performance loses are there...but damn, i just love looking at my car with 18s. Honestly, these rims are what made me keep my car.

On the flipside, for racing purposes, i have acquired some 15" steelies that i will be putting some drag radials on. That way, i can at least have a "race trim" for which to get some good times...

i couldnt agree with you more 18 set off the look on your car even though performance loss is there i still love my 18s.

i still have my golf cart 15x7 for the track

i30tmiked rims fit the car nicely and i love the dish but i think its just a little too small. it gives it that bimmer look but the wheels look too small.....but if u like it congradulations
