I am going to get some 18" or 19" 's here pretty quick and would like some input. Car is clean and cleared out. You might give me your spring/strut reccomendations as well. A picture is worth a thousand words! Thanks..

str8max - Exels are nice, good looking wheels. I would go 19, but it depends on your daily drive. If your roads are crap and have to dodge potholes all the time, 18s might be right for you. If you do go with 18s, don't get them with a lip, it'll only make the wheel look even smaller.

oakes57 - there are a bunch of threads about spring/stut combos on the org. From what I've read I'm going with Progress springs and Tokiko Illuminas due to the even drop and the adjustability of the struts. Also, try checking out different web sites that sell wheels, you'll get a better idea of what you like.

exels are good quality, they just copy other brand's styles. A definite cheap alternative, and yes the do look good. Damn.....those GT3s are 26 lbs??????

How do you know they are even decent quality? Usually copycat wheel makers don't have quality at the top of their list. Price is. One has to suffer

i know cuz a few of my friends have them, not those specific ones, and they seem to ride fine and be made of nice materials, so I'm assuming that they are alright. They may not be as good as the real ones, but they arent BAD.....a lot of them do get sold

you'll never really know the quality of a wheel, asside from finish, until you plow over a curb. alot of them get sold due to price, but you can get something alot better for a little more.
