The Mystery Geo rim swap...
Now this is a long shot, but about a year ago I read an magazine article somewhere about some guys Maxima. It was a 96? 4thgen Maroon GXE with nitrous in a backpack on the floorboard of the passenger seat. He was running lower 13s-high 12s with a 75 shot. Woo hoo.
I searched for an hour tonight with no pervail because somewhere in that article, he said that the rims he was using were from some geo vehicle.
Why bother? Well, from what i remember, he said that his stock wheels were about 50lbs with tires. With these new geo rims, the weight was about 35-40lbs.
Does anybody know anything about this?
All of my numbers and shat are just a guess. Probably exagerated.
Thanks all

The members Screen Name your looking for is Jime I believe and he has now moved on to a 5th Gen.
The rims he used are not from a Geo, rather a Mazda Millenia (SP?) And I believe those were used for the back.
