Wheel Fitment Question

Hey guys, I have a question about our Maximas. I went to a rim shop today and I was talkin to the dealer about gettin chrome rims for my car. The guy didnt seem like he knew what he was talkin about, but I asked him what kind of 20 inch rims did he have. He then asked me what kind of car I had, and I showed him. He said, your not fittin 20's on that. I told him i seen like 5 people with 20's on that car, and he said a lot of work was needed to be done to fit 20's. He said 18's fit fine, and he said 19's would be pushin it. I really want 20's on my car, what kind of work am i lookin at? And what would u guys suggest? Thanx...

no work needed. you should be able to fit a 20x8, maybe even 20x8.5 with the right tire. and you can still drop your car.

i would suggest not to go back to that guy. 19s fit with factory owerall diameter. 20s are +1" with 225/35/20. still enough room to drop an inch to an inch and a half. just be sure to check the offset by test fitting.

20"s are overkill unless you got 6th gen IMO

thanx for your replies guys. i was doing some research and i found that this would fit on a 4th gen max.

Wheel Size: 20x8.5
Bolt Pattern: 5-114
Reccomended Tire Size: 245/30-20...

Now, I just have to find a good place where I can find the goodies...
