5th Gen Rim Opinion

Ok Boys, just looking for honest opinions on these rims for a Black 5th gen.

http://www.superbuytires.com/wheels/...34e7aa672be744

If you like em, great, if you hate em, that's just fine too. Been looking around a while and they are all starting to look the same!

Thanks,

I think they are too plain.

Might look good on the car though

i think they would actually be BETTER without those accent pieces on the end of the spokes. not bad, but doesnt look like it would go with our cars.

I'm a little biased but I think the two choices in my thread are better, but everyone has their own taste. Check out: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread.php?t=337442 and vote.

Not too bad. I think they may be a bit thin though. Especially if you get 19's.

What size are you trying to get? From that site, the 18" and 19" are way too thin in width...

Thanks for all the feedback, good points made by all.

I like the look to a certain extent, but true, the rims should be wider. I'm looking at 18's, so I figure they should be at lease 8'" wide right?

My guess is that they are heavy SOB's too even being on the thin side.

I did like the Exel's from xtantmaxima's thread, they look tight but I want something a bit more understated.

BTW I did see these on a Benz just the other day...I guess the search continues.

I think these would look excellent on a black max...if you can get the right size (I didn't check)

I looked for wheels and tires forever as well before deciding on the G35 Coupe 18's. I think those look HOT and would have certainly considered them myself. The people out there that hate 7.5" wide wheels don't think about the fact that OEM 17's are only 7" wide.

They look decent, but like others have mentioned if you're upgrading to 18" or 19" wheels, they just look too narrow unless they are at least 8" wide.

I don't like them. There are better selections out there.

I think they look nice for 5 spokes. More interesting than the standard 5 spoke. Having said that, I think there are better rims for your ride.
