i'm looking into possibly picking up a set of 17' konig tantrum but want to find out how much they weight first....

They are really heavy. I have a set as beater rims. There aren't many cast wheels that are light. If they are light, they will bend. Maybe K1 racing..

Try these. The 5 spoke are just under 20 pounds and they were 18 x 8.5.
The split spoke are 17.6 pounds and they are 18 x 8. The 17s will be even lighter.
