in the market for new tires...

im looking for a new set of tires for my 01 maxima se with stock 17" rims. i have just over 100 clicks and these tires on the car have been on forever. they have absolutely no tred left. now i was wondering what was the best set of tires i could get for all season as i live in canada and the winter season is approaching. I have $500CDN to blow and was wondering whats the best set of tires i could get for my money. I'm looking for a performance tire, all-season. Thanks in advance.

I highly recommend the Nitto 450. I just paid 500 USD for all 4, for purchase, mount and balance. Awesome tires and they are all season.

That tire looks like suicide in a Canadian winter. Look into Bridgestone Potenza RE950s. High performance all season, long tread life, and the tread pattern isn't as aggresive as the Nittos.

You need all season tires. Falken 512s or if you have the money, Michelin Pilot A/S
