put 2k rims on my 4th gen...now alignment is off?

I just got a set of 2k SE rims for my '96. They look great with a 4th gen. However, I noticed right away that my alignment seem to be a bit off. The car would pull to the left slightly. I didn't have any alignment problem when I had the sawblades on. I was thinking it's either the alignment or the tires. The tires are the stock crappy Potenzas. All four tires probably need to be replace later, especially the rears, which are worn down. The front tires aren't in great shape either, they probably could last me awhile longer, but probably not very long. It had to be the tires if I didn't have an alignment problem before?

Are the treads evenly worn? How's the tire pressures? All even?
I had 2k rims for a while:

Found out it's definitely the tires. I ordered a set of 235/45/17 Toyo T1-S to replace them. Heard great things about them.
