Will 19x9.5 rub?

Just wondering if 19x9.5 in rims in the rear will rub? I'm dropped on progress springs, and the rims are 45mm offset. I know staggered setups arent the most practical but I think they look the best. I know there a couple members running something close to this setup so any info will help.

They shouldn't. Hamy is running a setup like that.
Axis 19x8.5 front 40 offset 19x9.5 rear 45 offset

Hey slammed95, I realize offset makes a huge difference......that's why in my original post I stated a 45mm offset. Thats the offset I'm lookin at running. I know there are a few Max's with this setup........just looking for some good honest feedback. Thanks again.

Staggered does look cool, but for me, it looks a little silly knowing it's a FWD. But to answer your question, yes, that size/offset will work in the rear, unless you're slammed on some coilovers or something...
