anyone heard anything about FEDERAL tires ?

my freind has federal tires on his car he sayds there great and he said he has a hook up and can get me 19' federal tires for about $80each which is extremelly good price, but ive never really heard of federals anyone here ?

I had 225/40/18 Federal Super Steel on my previous BMW 3-series. They were real good actually. Good traction and grip in both wet and dry. Also they wear very well I had mine for almost 15k and drove hard and they still had a lot to go.
