I had some Kumhos on my Prelude. Not a bad value at all. It's a quality tire, much better than the stock Potenzas. Here's a link to Tirerack where they are $100 per tire.

Yeah, I have Kumho KH11s (225/50/17) on my car now. I've enjoyed them a lot, especially for the price. They've served me well for about 26-27k miles and would probably have gone longer if I hadn't done some bad things on gravel..

But yeah, if you need an all-season tire definitely don't get these. I got caught in a freak snowstorm in the mountains with the KH11s and as a result I'm searching for all-season tires myself now. "Technically" I have a set of Bridgestone Turanza LS-V tires on backorder at TireRack at the moment..

Also running the KH11's like John. They're wearing a bit quicker than I'd expect after only a few months. (or maybe that was the 70 hwy mi I ran with 3% toe-in)

I have the Kumho ecsta 711's and man do they SUCK in the rain! Traction is no good when it's wet. Otherwise, a reasonably priced tire that performes well under dry conditions. I've heard the 712's are a lot better. Maybe I'll get those next time.

Oh and by the way, my kumhos are rediculously loud tires. After replacing my Michelin's with the Kumho's I noticed a big difference in how loud these things are!!

I have the Kumo 235/40/18 ASX all season tires. I Luv em. They handle great for an all season tire. They don't "squirm" like a typical all season tire do. Like my old set of Sumitomo Htr + all seasons did. Havn't had snow yet to test traction yet. If they have the ASX in your 17" size buy them!!

I would have bought those in a heartbeat had they come in 225/50/17. I almost got the 235/45/17 but decided against it for ride quality concerns.

I had 712. Bang for buck, very high if you're into performance driving.
My next tires will be MX
