Are these Good OR bad quality??

Ok I came acrossed these on ebay and the guy is in arizona im wanting to buy these cause I think they will look great on my car.. What do you guys think specially for the price..

cool thanks hehe .. im the highest bidder yes it says im new but its a new account that I made I have no idea what my other one was lol.. Oh well for 350 at least its a good deal they look good just might be cheap .. and hes only 15 minutes away from me lol
