I like the look of the 19's, but I read they can be harsh under certain conditions. Would getting 18" rims with the tallest tire size give a significally smoother ride than the 245/40/19 setup? What's the tallest tire size that will fit on 18's? This is just for normal driving conditions.

Currently running 245/35/19 with Maxspeed spring setup. Many are lower than me running the same tire setup without issues.

 

depending where you live 235 might be a harsh ride.. NYC streets suck, so the more rubber the better..

 

Go w/ 245/35/19s or 235/40/18s.

 

I have 245/45/18s...great ride, and no rubbing at all
