Tire Size Question
Tire Size Question
Details:
2000 I30T
Stock Tire Size is 225/50/17
Tire Size Currently on car is 235/50/17 (bought used with these on)
The front tires currently on the car are VERY near replacement and I would not want to take this car on the long road trip that it will be going on soon without doing something.
The rear tires currently on the car have much life left, I'd say at least 70% tread.
On to the questions:
Since I need new front tires, what should I do. Do I replace the fronts with the stock tire size? Use the size currently on the car? Should I move the tires on the rear to the front and mount new tires on the rear? Lots of decisions!
Any ideas or thoughts much appreciated.

The 2 tires are so close to being the same size that it isn't an issue. Check on prices for each size and get the best deal, some sizes are just more expensive than others.
