suggestion for tires on stock wheels? all seasonal?

My brother's maxima needs new tires... his wheels are stock so i'm guessing tires for his car won't run over $200-$300 for all 4. I'm looking for something decent... all-seasonal, mainly cuz there are storms goin on around here and lots of rain + worn tires = bad

. any suggestions?

I'm getting some Kumho Ecsta ASX all season tires soon. They appear to be pretty good.

I've run RE950's in the past. They are GREAT tires! The only downside to them is that towards the end (after 50k miles) they got very loud. But I probably should have replaced them long before I did.
